Tanya Gribble BA-Oxon, RES-CPT
Tanya is an experienced and passionate faciliator of change. Over the last 15 year she has worked with individuals, businesses and schools to create lasting change by shifting cultures, teaching habits and shaping environments. Tanya has run her own business since 2009, prior to which she had a very successful international career in business change consulting. Tanya is a qualified Personal Performance Coach, Restorative Exercise Specialist, Sustainable Yoga teacher and a certified Workstation (DSE) Assessor.
After enduring 14 years of chronic back pain initiated by through poor laptop posture, incomplete movement training programmes, repetitive movement patterns and poor (at times abysmal!) ergonomic set up, Tanya has a passion for seeing people move better. Following 14 years of twice monthly visits to the osteopath and appointments with over 17 professionals, she finally ended her back pain by applying the principles learned in her training under world renowned biomechanist and author Katy Bowman (of Nutritious Movement). Tanya is now passionate about sharing the simple changes – in habits, environment & culture – which can make huge differences to the human body.

JEANNETTE LORAM, PHD RES-CPT
Jeannette is a NM® certified restorative exercise specialist and an experienced cell & molecular biologist and worked in full-time research until starting her own business in 2012. She applies this powerful combination of movement and biology knowledge and expertise to teach others how best to move and exercise for optimum health.
Working in a job that required many hours sitting at awkward laboratory benches and computers, Jeannette gained first hand experience of the issues that surround many people at their place of work. She has witnessed the profound improvements that can result from making small changes to how we sit, stand and move throughout our day.
