Our mission is to inspire you with simple ways to move more whilst going about your day, empower you with information to spread the word and motivate you to keep you moving more by feeding you facts about all the good things you are doing for your body!
We have many ways you can learn
- First, take a look at our blog; we have a variety of posts there, some simple ‘how-to’ posts and other more in depth science ‘whys’
- Second, sign up to our newsletter and you will get tips straight to your inbox
- Third, let’s be social on whatever channel takes your fancy Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. We’re always sharing tips, articles and pics to help inspire you to move
- Fourth, get us into your workplace or your (kids’) school so we can help change the environment and shift the culture so YOU can move more there too, and
- Finally, if Moving More hurts then do have a look at our Move Well services – live workshops, in-person & skype consultations as well as recommended online courses (here) – so we can help you move better, so you can move more 🙂
