Jeannette is teaching a 3hr movement workshop based on some of the foundational exercises in Katy Bowman’s book “ Move Your DNA: Restore Your Health Through Natural Movement” followed by lunch at the Fumbally Cafe and a facilitated conversation about the workshop. This workshop is for everyone whether you are 18 or 118!

Price: Price is only €60 euro with a 15% discount if you bring someone of a different generation!
